Mama Juana Restaurant began with a simple dream: to bring the warmth of a Dominican family kitchen to Allentown — and to present it with the care of a world-class dining room.

Every plate honors recipes passed down through generations: sofrito made by hand each morning, pork roasted low and slow, plantains mashed to order. Our namesake, Mama Juana, is steeped in-house with rum, red wine, honey, bark and herbs — just as it has been for centuries.
