1. Reservation Cancellations
We kindly ask that you cancel or modify reservations at least 24 hours in advance by calling +1 (610) 770-8999. Repeated no-shows may limit future reservation privileges.
2. Large Parties & Private Events
Parties of 8 or more and private events may require a deposit. Deposits are fully refundable when cancelled at least 72 hours before the event; cancellations within 72 hours may forfeit the deposit.
3. Chef's Tasting Experiences
Chef's Table and tasting menu bookings require 48 hours' notice for cancellation to receive a full refund of any prepayment.
4. Food & Beverage Concerns
If any dish does not meet your expectations, please let your server know during your visit and we will gladly prepare a replacement or remove it from your bill.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
